An update on the TBAWA Level A coaching clinic scheduled for the 30th at Carine as we need to boost registration numbers or it’s at risk of being cancelled.
This is organised and run by the head Coaching Coordinator for TBAWA and covers skills, strategy and coaching techniques. As a club, Carine Teeball, will pay for all of our coaches, assistant coaches and parents to attend the session so there is no cost to you all.
At the successful completion of the session you’ll receive your Level A accreditation which is great to have as you progress through the coaching pathways (it’s required to coach a States team).
Right now we only have a few registrations and TBAWA are looking at canceling the session which would limit the opportunity you’d have to complete the course. Can I ask anyone who is thinking of doing it to go online and register over the coming days so we can secure the session. Would you also share this with your assistant coaches and parents.
Any questions feel free to email or send me a private message, otherwise feel free to register here: https://www.tbawa.com.au/event/coaching-clinic-carine-2/
A reminder that our first CHIEFS session is fast approaching! It's a great friendly, informative session - we would love to see you there! See our Coaching page for more information: Teeball Coaching

The notes from the Umpire Information Session the other day can be downloaded here: Umpire Notes
I've attached them as the basic notes as delivered on the day so please don't hesitate to ask any questions that you may have.
I've also included a guide as to where to the position and movements as both Base & Plate Umpire under varying circumstances. That can be viewed below, or can be downloaded via the Umpiring section of our website.
Finally, a reminder for Under 9s that rules around no dead ball and three strikes remain in place for Rounds 1 to 5 - again, more information can be found here: Umpiring
Looking forward to seeing everyone on the diamonds in the coming weeks.
