The CHIEFS (Carine Hitting, Innovation & Effective Fielding Syndicate) recently returned for another year!

Held in early November, our first session was an opportunity for our valued volunteer coaches to meet others and share some stories.

We had a number of coaches present drills, games or competitions that they like to use at their trainings. We worked through them in the field so that we could all understand them and then take them back to our respective teams.

As part of our commitment to quality coaching and support for our volunteers, we also used the session as an opportunity to record a series of coaching videos.
